1. PURPOSE
1.1 The purpose of this bulletin is to provide clarification regarding the conditions stated in the EMGS Refund Policy for Education Institutions/Students to be eligible to seek for a refund for fees paid to EMGS.
1.2. The EMGS refund policy states that no refund request for the following items will be accepted 90 days after the expiry date of the eVAL
1.3. EMGS would like to clarify that the above-mentioned statement in the EMGS Refund Policy regarding the expiry date of the eVAL alludes the expiry date of first eVAL issued for the respective application.
1.4. Kindly note that this is in line with our past business practice which has always been the expiry date of the first eVAL approval.
1.5. Education Institutions and Students are encouraged to refer to our EMGS Refund policy (https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/legal/refund-policy.html) for further information regarding the conditions for a seeking a refund for fees paid to EMGS.
