EMGS IN POSITION TO WELCOME MORE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS TOGETHER WITH MALAYSIAN HIGHER EDUCATION INS

KUALA LUMPUR, 4th March 2022 – Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) joins hands with Public and Private Higher Education Institutions in Malaysia to promote Malaysia as an international education hub of choice for international students despite the pandemic.

A recent EMGS event, ‘2022 Moving Forward Together’ held on 28th February 2022, gathered almost 200 representatives from 108 higher education institutions in Malaysia to promote ‘Study in Malaysia’ for the year 2022. The event showcased an overview of EMGS’ agenda and promotional activities as well as a presentation on ‘International Student Application: Latest Insights and Key Focused Market’.

EMGS Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohd Radzlan bin Jalaludin, expressed confidence that the “well-established understanding and a strong partnership with all higher education institutions in Malaysia would further consolidate EMGS’ commitment to promoting Malaysia as a top education hub of choice for international students.” He added, “Let’s move forward together to welcome more international students to Malaysia.”

EMGS, together with higher education institutions in Malaysia, is ready to welcome a surge of international students to Malaysia in line with the government’s aspiration of transforming Malaysia into a global education hub.
